In this seminar, Michael will discuss “lessons learned” during his 30+ year career in the pharmaceutical industry. This will include details of starting in a technical function then pivoting to a broader business role which led to his becoming CEO of a company. He will outline the challenges behind his successful fundraising of over $150M and counting and co-founding a new venture based on just a single idea. Michael will also discuss what the phrase “survival of the fittest” actually really means in a tough and ultra-competitive business environment.
